There are multiple Google Groups that function like mailing lists within Streetsboro City Schools. The following are open to all staff members for use in communicating with each other. They are only available from within the organization, and by using a staff Google account.

It’s important to follow email best practices at all times when using email groups, or when sending email using an organization’s network, including:

• Limiting email to business or professional topics.
• Not forwarding chain mail, jokes, or crude language.
• Not soliciting sales, email campaigns, or personal business.

Group names are generated like this: BUILDING-SUBGROUP, and are designed to be self-explanatory in terms of recipients. Always send to the smallest group possible, for targeted messaging.
